North Pole Academy Curriculum
Professional Santa Training for the Modern Christmas Entertainer
North Pole Academy was created to help Santas become more confident, more professional and more prepared for the real-world situations that come with portraying one of the most beloved figures of Christmas.
Our training combines performance, professionalism, client experience and the business of being Santa.
This is not about memorizing a few lines or simply learning how to wear the suit.
It’s about learning how to create Christmas magic intentionally.
The Founding Year Program
North Pole Academy’s inaugural curriculum includes eight core training modules, seasonal masterclasses and additional resources released throughout the year.
The Founding Year begins:
September 21, 2026
New training will be released weekly throughout the fall.
