Explore presence, voice, mannerisms, character development, staying in character and what transforms someone wearing a Santa suit into someone children genuinely believe is Santa.
Module 2 — Creating Christmas Magic
Learn how to create the moments families remember.
We'll explore entrances, conversations, storytelling, improvisation, remembering details and connecting authentically with children and adults.
Module 3 — Children, Families & Difficult Situations
Not every child runs happily into Santa's arms.
Learn how to interact with babies, toddlers, shy children, crying children and children with different needs, while navigating sensitive questions, family dynamics and professional boundaries.
Module 4 — The Professional Santa
The details matter.
Wardrobe, grooming, beard care, hygiene, equipment, communication, punctuality, preparation and the professional standards expected of today's working Santa.
Module 5 — Santa Behind the Camera
A great Santa understands photography.
Learn how to work alongside professional photographers, pose individuals and families, create genuine reactions and keep high-volume photography sessions moving without losing the magic.
Module 6 — Home Visits & Live Experiences
Walk through the door prepared.
We'll cover entrances and exits, communicating with parents, gift logistics, timing, visit structure, Christmas Eve experiences and what to do when things don't go according to plan.
Module 7 — Corporate & Community Events
Corporate and community events require a different kind of Santa.
Learn how to work with event planners, large crowds, stages, microphones, tree lightings, parades, community celebrations and other professional entertainers.
Module 8 — The Business of Being Santa
Being an exceptional Santa is only part of building a successful Santa business.
We'll explore pricing, contracts, deposits, marketing, social media, corporate clients, referrals, repeat business and creating a professional reputation that keeps clients coming back year after year.

Christmas entertainment continues to evolve, and so should we.

Our best-value option for continued access to North Pole Academy and new training added throughout your membership.
Monthly Membership
$45 CAD/month + applicable taxes
A flexible month-to-month option for members who prefer not to commit to another full year.
Your Founding Member renewal pricing remains available for as long as your membership remains continuously active.
If you choose not to renew, you'll retain access until the end of your current paid membership period. If you decide to return to North Pole Academy in the future, the current new-member tuition and membership rates at that time will apply.
