Okotoks | November – December | Seasonal Position
Ultimate Santa is looking for friendly, organized and dependable seasonal team members to help operate our Santa Photography Studio in Okotoks during the 2026 Christmas season.
Our studio welcomes approximately 1,000 families each season, and our Guest Services team plays an important role in making sure every family's experience feels organized, welcoming and magical from the moment they arrive.
This is a hands-on position. You'll work alongside our Santas, photographers and studio team to keep sessions running smoothly throughout the day.
THE ROLE
As a Seasonal Studio Guest Services team member, you may be responsible for:
• Greeting families as they arrive
• Checking families in for their scheduled appointments
• Helping keep sessions running on time
• Answering basic client questions
• Directing families through the studio experience
• Assisting Santa between and during sessions as needed
• Assisting the photographer with session flow
• Downloading and organizing client images
• Emailing completed images to families
• Helping maintain an organized studio environment
• Light cleaning and tidying throughout the day
• Resetting the studio between families when required
• Assisting with other general studio duties
Everyone on our studio team works together. During busy periods, that means being willing to jump in wherever you're needed.

You don't need photography experience for this position.

Most importantly, you need to love Christmas and enjoy working with children.
WORKING IN SANTA'S STUDIO
Our studio is designed to create a professional and memorable Santa experience for families.
Behind the scenes, that requires a team that keeps everything moving.
One minute you may be welcoming a family at check-in. The next you may be helping Santa, assisting the photographer, downloading images or tidying the studio before the next family arrives.
It's a fun environment, but it's also a professional workplace with scheduled appointments and families counting on us to deliver a great experience.
AVAILABILITY
Our 2026 Santa Photography season runs primarily from November 6 through December 23.
Applicants should have good availability throughout November and December, particularly during our busiest evenings and weekends.
Schedules and hours will vary based on studio bookings.
REQUIREMENTS
Because this position involves working directly with children and families, successful applicants must be willing to complete a Police Information Check.
Reliable transportation to our Okotoks studio is also required.
