What Happens Next?

Once your request is submitted, a member of our team will personally review your event details and requested date.

Then we'll give you a call.

We believe creating a great Christmas experience starts with an actual conversation. It gives us the opportunity to understand your vision, answer questions and make recommendations based on your event.

After we've spoken with you, we'll confirm entertainer availability and prepare a personalized proposal based on your needs.

A Quick Reminder Before You Begin

Submitting this form is an Event Request and does not automatically reserve an entertainer or confirm your booking.

If your requested entertainer is available, we'll place a temporary courtesy hold while you complete the booking process.

Before November 1: Up to a two-week courtesy hold.

November 1 – December 24: Up to a three-day courtesy hold.

Your booking is officially confirmed once payment in full has been received and your entertainment agreement has been signed.

Travel fees apply outside Calgary city limits and are calculated per entertainer booked.
