Ultimate Santa is always looking for exceptional Christmas entertainers to join our professional team throughout Calgary, Okotoks and surrounding communities.
We don't just fill costumes.
We look for talented, dependable entertainers who understand that creating Christmas magic is about the entire experience — from the moment you walk into a room until the moment you leave.
Our entertainers represent Ultimate Santa at family celebrations, corporate events, community events, photography experiences and some of the most exciting Christmas events of the season.
CURRENTLY SEEKING
Professional Santas
We are looking for experienced, high-quality real-bearded and designer-bearded Santas who can deliver an authentic and memorable Santa experience.
Applicants should have:
• A professional, high-quality Santa wardrobe
• Previous Santa or professional entertainment experience
• Strong character and improvisational skills
• A warm, engaging personality
• Confidence interacting with children, adults and corporate guests
• Excellent reliability and professionalism
Mrs. Claus
We are looking for experienced Mrs. Claus entertainers with beautiful, professional-quality costumes and a warm, engaging presence.
Our Mrs. Claus entertainers should be confident interacting with children and families and comfortable performing independently or alongside Santa and other Christmas characters.
Grinch Impersonators
We're looking for high-quality, experienced Grinch impersonators who can bring the character to life through physical comedy, improvisation, interaction and plenty of Christmas mischief.
Applicants must have:
• Professional-quality costume, makeup and/or prosthetics
• Previous character or entertainment experience
• Strong improvisational skills
• Confidence performing for both children and adults
• The ability to stay in character throughout an event
Christmas Elves
Our Elves are a huge part of the Ultimate Santa experience.
Previous entertainment experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right people for our Elf roles.
We're looking for energetic, outgoing personalities who love Christmas, enjoy working with children and aren't afraid to be a little silly.
Professional-quality costumes are required. We can provide guidance on our costume standards and character expectations.

Every Ultimate Santa entertainer must:
• Genuinely enjoy working with children
• Be friendly, outgoing and engaging
• Be dependable and punctual
• Maintain character while performing
• Have excellent communication skills
• Present themselves professionally
• Be comfortable working at family, community and corporate events
• Meet Ultimate Santa's costume and appearance standards
• Have reliable transportation
• Successfully complete a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
Because our entertainers work directly with children and families, our screening and professional standards are extremely important to us.
COMPENSATION
We offer competitive seasonal compensation based on the role, experience and level of professional performance.
Experienced entertainers with established characters, professional-quality wardrobes and strong performance skills may qualify for higher compensation.
INSURANCE
Entertainers working on behalf of Ultimate Santa are covered under Ultimate Santa's commercial liability insurance while performing approved Ultimate Santa bookings.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
When a client books Ultimate Santa, they're trusting us to provide more than someone wearing a Christmas costume.
They're expecting a professional entertainer.
That's why we look carefully at performance ability, appearance, costume quality, reliability and how each entertainer interacts with children and families.
We want entertainers who take Christmas seriously — without taking themselves too seriously.
