Great people know great people, and some of the best additions to our team come from referrals from those who already understand what we do.
We're always looking for talented, reliable and professional entertainers who would be a great fit for Ultimate Santa. If you know someone who has the personality, professionalism and commitment to help us create memorable experiences, we'd love an introduction.
Referral Bonuses
Santa or Grinch — $250
Mrs. Claus — $150
All Other Performers — $100
How It Works
Refer someone you believe would be a great addition to our team. All referred applicants will complete our regular application, interview, screening, onboarding and training process.
To qualify for a referral bonus:
The applicant must identify you as their referral when they apply.
They must be a new applicant and not already in our recruitment or onboarding process.
They must successfully complete all required screening, onboarding, training and background-check requirements.
They must be accepted as an independent contractor with Ultimate Santa.
They must successfully complete a minimum of 10 paid performance hours within their first season.
The referred contractor must remain in good standing at the time the referral bonus is earned.
Once the 10-hour requirement has been completed, your referral bonus will be added to your next regular payment.
A referral does not guarantee acceptance or bookings. All entertainers are selected based on character fit, professionalism, experience, availability and the needs of Ultimate Santa.
