How It Works
1. Share Ultimate Santa
Tell your friends, family, workplace, school, daycare or favourite organization about Ultimate Santa.
2. They Mention Your Name
The new client must provide the first and last name of the person who referred them when they initially inquire or book.
This is important! We cannot guarantee referral credit if the referring client is identified after the booking has already been completed.
3. They Book
Your referral must be a new Ultimate Santa client and complete a qualifying paid booking.
4. You Get Rewarded
Once the referred booking has been paid in full and completed, your Ultimate Santa Credit will be added to your account for use toward a future qualifying booking.
The More Magic You Share, The More You Earn
There is no need to stop at one referral!
Referral credits may be earned for multiple qualifying new-client referrals.
Refer four families who book Santa Photography Sessions? That's $100 in Ultimate Santa Credit.
Refer a new corporate client? That's $75 in credit.

Referral Program Rules
Who Can Participate?
The Share the Magic Referral Program is open to past and current Ultimate Santa clients who are 18 years of age or older.
Ultimate Santa employees, contractors and members of their immediate households are not eligible to earn client referral credits through this program.
What Is Considered a New Client?
A qualifying referral must be a new client who has not previously completed a paid booking with Ultimate Santa or Calgary Ultimate Santa.
Bookings made under another member of the same household, company or organization may not qualify as a new-client referral if that household or organization has previously booked with us.
Ultimate Santa reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the definition of a new client.
Referral Must Be Identified
The referred client must identify the person who referred them by providing their first and last name at the time of their initial inquiry or booking.
Referral credits cannot be claimed retroactively after a booking has been completed.
If more than one person claims to have referred the same client, credit will be awarded to the eligible referring client identified by the new client.
When Is Credit Earned?
Referral credit is earned only after:
The referred client has made a qualifying booking
The booking has been paid in full
The booked service has been successfully completed
Inquiries, quotes, tentative holds, unpaid bookings and cancelled bookings do not qualify for referral credit.
If a referred booking is cancelled or refunded, no referral credit will be issued.
Using Your Ultimate Santa Credit
Referral credits:
May be combined with other referral credits earned by the same client
May be applied toward eligible future Ultimate Santa services
Cannot be transferred to another person or household
Have no cash value
Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
Cannot be applied to an already completed booking
Cannot be used to purchase gift cards
Cannot be used to pay gratuities, travel fees or other third-party charges
Cannot result in a cash refund or remaining cash balance
The value of referral credit applied to a booking cannot exceed the eligible balance owing on that booking.
Credit Expiry
Referral credits are valid until December 24, 2027, unless otherwise stated when the credit is issued.
Unused credits remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and have no cash value.
One Referral Reward Per New Client
Only one referral reward will be issued for each new client, household, company or organization.
Multiple individuals cannot receive credit for referring the same new client.
Self-Referrals
Clients cannot refer themselves, create a new account or booking under another name, or use another member of their household to generate a referral credit.
Discounts & Promotions
Referral credits may be used with eligible Ultimate Santa bookings. Certain promotional offers, special events, charitable programs, giveaways, third-party events or discounted services may be excluded.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, referral credits cannot be combined with another promotional credit or discount on the same booking.
Program Changes
Ultimate Santa reserves the right to modify, pause or discontinue the Share the Magic Referral Program, including reward amounts, qualifying services and program terms, at any time.
Referral credits already earned before a program change will continue to be honoured according to the terms that applied when they were earned, subject to their original expiry date.
Ultimate Santa reserves the right to deny or revoke referral credits in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate referrals, misrepresentation or violation of these program rules.
